Description Pay rate will be between $16.00 to $19.00 per hour (and based on education and experience) Full-time position working 40 hours per week, includes insurance and time off benefits Easterseals Florida is looking for a caring, energetic, and motivated Wrap Coach - ABA Classroom Teacher to join our extended care team in our ELITE program in Deland. This role blends early childhood education with behavioral support, offering a meaningful opportunity to help children learn, grow, and thrive. The Wrap Coach provides nurturing care, developmentally appropriate activities, and strong family communication—while also serving as an RBT substitute to implement ABA programs, collect data, and support behavior plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. What You’ll Do Support curriculum and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities Create a warm, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that helps children feel safe and supported Communicate with parents, sharing updates, milestones, and daily highlights.
