Progressive Sports are looking for venue leads for our before and after school club offer - Progressive Kids. Working in Primary Schools in Lancashire.
Progressive Sports provides trusted, reliable, and expert childcare before and after school. Our focus is to provide enriching and inclusive activities for children, creating a positive and enjoyable extension to their school day. Our aim is to deliver a service that is not only safe and secure but is valued and trusted by everyone involved.
The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated staff that have been involved in children’s education for over 17 years.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate will be either an experienced childcare practitioner or somebody with the right qualities who is keen to learn. We are looking for someone who wants to engage and inspire the children and uphold the ethos and values of the company of Safety, Care, Pride and Perform.
We are looking for someone who can; plan for and provide high quality play opportunities for all children in a safe, happy, and caring environment. Work as part of a team to best support the children we care for.
Support the day to day operating of our wraparound provision ensuring registers are completed and ratios are met. Provide refreshments and ensure that hygiene and health and safety standards are met both in food preparation and all aspects of club life.
Ensure standards across multiple settings and ensure child protection measures are fully compliant and all children are safe within the setting.
