All about the role: Keevil Church of England Academy is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our before/after-school provision, starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children who attend. This role involves planning and organising a range of activities suitable for primary-aged children, taking into account their interests and developmental needs. We are looking for someone who:  * Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children; * Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents; * Is self-motivated, energetic and proactive and will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality education and care for all of our children; * Has experience of working with children in a play / educational setting; * Has Food handling experience and/or a Food handling certificate (or willingness to complete one);  * Has the ability to deal with new challenging situations; * Is a strong team player able to support colleagues within a small team; * Has a positive and flexible attitude; * Can demonstrate a warm and caring approach with children; * Is First Aid trained (advantageous).
