Premier Education is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced childcare professional to lead and manage our wraparound care services across multiple Bristol venues. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Wraparound Care Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership and operational management of our out-of-school provision. You’ll ensure all venues meet the highest standards for safeguarding, compliance, and quality of care, while creating environments where children can thrive.
Working hours: 25 hours per week during term time, with optional hours available during holiday provision.
Work locations: Horfield CofE, Fairlawn Primary, Sefton Park Infants & Juniors, plus home-based working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee safer recruitment, staffing structures, and deployment across venues.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, supporting venue DSLs and embedding best practice.
  • Provide coaching, supervision, and training to wraparound care teams.
  • Lead the smooth daily running of services, ensuring safety, engagement, and compliance.
  • Prepare for and participate in early years/Ofsted inspections.
  • Identify and address staff training and development needs.
  • Promote wraparound care services to schools, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
  • Support the development of new services and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage children’s wellbeing, resilience, and healthy lifestyles.
  • Maintain accurate records for safeguarding, incidents, medication, and data protection.
