Description About Sterling ATM Sterling ATM is a Utah-based design and manufacturing company specializing in ATM enclosures for financial institutions nationwide, along with our Bean Trailer product line. We’re a growing, hands-on team looking for dependable people who want to learn, contribute, and grow with the company. The Wrapper in the Sign Shop Department is responsible for applying vinyl wraps and graphic finishes to ATM surrounds and related components. This role ensures that all surfaces meet quality standards, align with design specifications, and are completed efficiently for production and delivery. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and experience working with adhesives, laminates, or similar materials. Requirements Key Responsibilities Apply vinyl wraps, laminates, and graphic materials to ATM surrounds and components Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming as needed to ensure proper adhesion Align and install graphics according to design specifications and measurements Inspect finished products for quality, including bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment Trim and finish edges cleanly for a professional appearance Maintain tools, materials, and workstations in a clean and organized manner Follow safety procedures and proper handling of materials and equipment Work closely with fabrication and design teams to meet production deadlines Assist with packaging and preparation of completed surrounds for shipment when needed Preferred Skills Experience with large-format graphics or signage production Familiarity with heat guns, squeegees, and cutting tools Basic knowledge of materials used in ATM surrounds (metal, plastic, composites) Problem-solving skills for handling imperfections or rework
