Position Summary The Service Dispatcher coordinates daily service calls for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical technicians. You will schedule jobs, prioritize emergency calls, communicate with customers, and keep field operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. What You’ll Do Schedule and dispatch technicians based on trade and availability Prioritize urgent calls (no heat, burst pipes, power outages, etc.) Communicate with customers and provide appointment updates Create and manage work orders in our dispatch system Support technicians throughout the workday Requirements What We’re Looking For 2+ years of dispatching or customer service experience Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or mechanical services preferred Strong multitasking and communication skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
