I’m looking for 1–2 people to help me finish this project the right way. Echoes of the Workforce is already written — but it still needs shaping. The book can be found with a Google search. Some parts hit hard. Some parts need space to breathe. Others need to be pulled out completely and rewritten with more weight.
The book is a memoir into my perspective on my life after growing up with business owners in my family, working in aerospace and knowing I cant say everything, and the questions I had after working with some of the largest consulting firms in the world. The echoes may be the machines, labor, and knowledge gaps of work that was performed in the past to get us here. You can think, the actual echoes of the machines. I dedicate the book to the people of the Philippines.

What I Need:

• Someone who can cut and build, not just polish
• Someone who respects copyright, voice, and ownership
• Someone who gets it — not just the grammar, but the feeling
• Tagalog not required, but cultural awareness is a plus

You’ll be ghostwriting and editing. That means you’ll add just as much as you remove. It’s a shared voice — but I still want it to sound like me.
