REQUIREMENTS

• Hold an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• Building Construction Safety Supervisors Certificate
• 1–3 years of experience in safety coordination, in construction
• Ability to work under pressures in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development will be advantageous.

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project safety plans.
• Identify unsafe practices or conditions and report them for immediate rectification.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring Risk Assessment (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Assist the WSH Officer in enforcing site safety rules, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
• Help facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site safety briefings.
• Maintain safety records such as inspection checklists, incident reports, and permit-to-work documents.
• Monitor and update safety notice boards and safety signages on site.
• Support the coordination of safety training, including site inductions for new workers.
• Ensure workers are aware of emergency procedures and use of PPE.
• Respond to minor incidents and near-misses; escalate serious issues to the WSH Officer or Manager.
• Assist in accident and incident investigations.
