WSH Officer (Certified WSHO & ECO)
This is a perm role for one of our Construction Industry
Only Certified WSHO & ECO
Work Days : 5.5 days/week
Location : Onsite (primarily East side)
Project Focus : Majority of assignments are HDB BTO developments

(HDB BTO), civil, and commercial projects. Known for maintaining high safety and environmental standards, the
company actively supports continuous improvement and compliance with all regulatory frameworks.

✅ Mandatory Requirements :

  • MOM-Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
  • NEA-Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
  • Certified Earth Control Measures Officer (ECMO) by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the construction sector, especially on HDB BTO projects
  • Strong knowledge of local WSH, NEA, and PUB regulations

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enforce company QEHS Management Systems for workplace safety, environmental control, and ECM compliance
  • Advise Project Manager on all matters concerning site risks, compliance, and mitigation strategies
  • Lead the site safety team and ensure daily implementation of safety and environmental measures
  • Oversee earth control , vector control , and housekeeping to comply with NEA and ECMO requirements
  • Conduct incident investigations , manage follow-up actions, and ensure timely closure
  • Conduct EHS training , safety briefings, and toolbox meetings for workers and subcontractors
  • Maintain and submit ECO reports , ECMO documentation, and WSH records accurately
  • Carry out site inspections and audits , report non-conformities, and drive corrective action
  • Foster a proactive safety culture on-site and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance
  • Ensure full adherence to statutory requirements , codes of practice, and internal EHS policies.
