ob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated WSO2 Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of API management and integration solutions using the WSO2 product suite. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of WSO2-based solutions that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of WSO2 API Manager, Enterprise Integrator, and Identity Server solutions.
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into effective, scalable integration solutions.
  • Manage WSO2 product deployments, upgrades, configuration, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of the WSO2 platform in production environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven hands-on experience with WSO2 API Manager, Enterprise Integrator (EI), and/or Identity Server.
  • Strong understanding of API protocols (REST/SOAP), OAuth2, SAML, and JWT.
  • Expertise in WSO2 integrations, including mediation flows, message transformations, and custom handlers.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools; experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
