Job Description The Manager/Group Leader Site Supervision responsible for leading and coordinating the team of site supervisors to ensure that all on-site activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and QHSE requirements. Acting as both a technical and managerial leader, this role drives operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement while fostering strong collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. This position will be located in the Tampa, FL area. Qualifications Leadership & Team Management: · Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to site supervisors, ensuring effective communication of work schedules, safety protocols, and project objectives. · Monitor site supervisor performance, conduct regular reviews, and address issues proactively to maintain high standards of quality and safety. · Promote a positive and motivated team environment, encouraging development and collaboration. · Lead and guide the team by our company Leadership Principles, ensuring full engagement and commitment. Operational Oversight & Service Delivery: · Collaborate closely with Account Managers and project stakeholders to plan and execute site activities aligned with project timelines and budgets. · Oversee progress tracking, manage change requests, and address deviations or claims efficiently. · Provide hands-on support in mechanical or welding tasks when necessary to resolve critical on-site issues. · Ensure smooth coordination of internal teams and subcontractors for optimal resource utilization. Compliance & Collaboration: · Ensure strict adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, internal policies, and external regulations across all sites. · Review and enforce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), ensuring all site supervisors implement them effectively. · Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal departments (e.g., HSE, Site Support, Account Management) and external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): · On-time project delivery and adherence to budget targets. · High compliance rates with QHSE standards and minimized safety incidents. · Effective resolution of technical and operational challenges on site. · Positive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders on site management and performance. Qualifications & Experiences: · Higher education or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field. · 5+ years of experience in site supervision or field service within large industrial or construction environments. · Proven expertise in contractor management, QHSE compliance, and team leadership. · Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
