Apple is looking for a Finance Manager with exceptional analytical capacity, creativity, and interpersonal skills to lead the WW Retail Finance - Retail FP&A Field Support management team. In this strategic leadership role, you will lead a team of analysts to drive accurate forecasting, meticulous annual planning, and insightful quarter-end financial analysis.
DESCRIPTION
As a Retail Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following: - Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance environment. - Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive accurate forecasting, meticulous annual planning, and insightful quarter-end financial analysis for key retail expense areas, including Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM), Visuals, Merchandising, Retail Security and other Store Operations. - Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage Retail’s Annual Opex Plan and guide the annual planning process. - Executive Communication: Present clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership, directly influencing key business decisions. - Process Improvement: Drive accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
