Description

Review and validate insurance documents submitted with customer applications. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal guidelines and regulatory standards. Cross-verify submitted documents with application data for consistency and authenticity. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Knowledge of insurance documentation and compliance requirements Good understanding of audit/checklist-based processes Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination Ability to identify discrepancies and make informed decisions ##LI-DNI Qualifications -7 - 10 years of business operations, customer operations, sales operations experience or systems integration environment -Understanding of ADP Business and Products is a must, exposure to Finance, Sales Ops, System Integration is an added plus. -Ability to assess problems in a structured fashion and identify key issues to solve. -Work well under pressure, with intense prioritization along with timely and transparent communication. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to partner with Sales and other internal cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Legal, and Pricing. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and meet deadlines.
