REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (RQS/MQS)

• Experience in the Public Sector, including direct work with or within government institutions.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA government ecosystem, including key projects, funding mechanisms, stakeholders, partners, associations, and forums.
• Solid grasp of cloud technologies—both Microsoft and competitors—in the context of government priorities (eg. Sovereignty, security, collaboration, processes optimization, citizen services, among others).
• Demonstrated experience in consultative selling, solution envisioning, or technical pre-sales within public sector contexts with a Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, such as CIOs, politicians, C-level executives, and business/IT decision makers (BDMs/ITDMs).

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (PQS)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain (e.g., Public Administration, Business Management or STEM disciplines) or related fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in Social services, employment, taxation/public finance, External affairs, customs, border management and/or immigration
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.
