DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Broader experience with other medical imaging modalities.
  • Knowledge of DICOM and IT network troubleshooting.
  • Experience on working with a Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Project management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on x-ray systems within your assigned territory. There may be other imaging modalities that we will also require you to adapt to in due-course and according to business needs.
  • Troubleshoot complex, multi-symptom issues at the system level.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers, service centre teams, and account managers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage tools, parts, and travel logistics.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Expect 35–40% travel within the region and beyond as business needs demand.
