Description PRN Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) Location: Mandarin – Jacksonville, FL About Us Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) to support our growing team at our Mandarin center in Jacksonville, Florida. Minimum Requirements ARRT(R) certification Current Florida Radiologic Technologist license BLS certification High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred Essential Job Functions Take patient medical history prior to exams Correctly interpret physicians’ imaging instructions Explain procedures to reduce patient anxiety and gain cooperation Position patients and use immobilization devices to obtain optimum views Set technical parameters, operate X-ray equipment, and monitor image data Evaluate images for technical quality and determine if repeats are needed Assist radiologists with procedures such as arthrograms Support other modalities or departments as needed Non-Essential Job Functions Restock supplies Routinely sanitize exam and waiting rooms Physical & Working Requirements Ability to sit, bend, and stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 25 pounds from ground to waist level Key Competencies Dependable Flexible Compassionate Strong time management and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Precision Imaging Centers is the number one choice for outpatient imaging in Northeast Florida, with offices in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Orlando.
