Job Description Main Tasks 1. Work and perform in compliance with company’s regulations and requests. 2. Provide timely remote & onsite response and 2nd technical support to the technical requests from the field service teams and the end users. 3. Travel domestically and internationally to provide onsite project support if needed. 4. Offer the technical support during nights or weekends for urgent escalation cases. 5. Communicate effectively between filed service teams and headquarters function departments (R&D, quality, production). 6. Demonstrate the ability to acquire knowledge and service skills for X-ray products, utilizing mechanical, elec-tronic, and automation expertise. 7. Deliver basic technical service training (classroom, onsite, online) to service teams and support their skill devel-opment. 8. Prepare and update training materials and tools as needed. 9. Stay updated on new product features and participate in relevant training sessions. 10. Collect and report field quality issues; participate in regular quality meetings as required. 11. Support new product or project service activities as assigned. 12. Collaborate with other teams on technical matters. 13. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Education :Bachelor’s degree or higher in automation, electrical engineering, or related field. Experience 1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in automation service, robotics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering. 2. Knowledge in PLC programming (e.g., Beckhoff, Siemens) and automation integration. 3. Excellent abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing in both English and Chinese. 4. Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills. Other skills 1. Excellent communication and customer service orientation. 2. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. 3. Able to provide remote support during nights or weekends for urgent escalation cases. 4. Technical experience with X-ray systems would be beneficial. 5.
