You have at least 2-3 years Team Management experience working in a BPO environment. You are vibrant, energetic and full of charisma and determined to make this role your own. The basic qualifications for this role include a Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification, along with prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting, preferably on an international scale. Advantageous qualifications include 1-2 years of Team Management experience within the Complaints department. Candidates should demonstrate resilience under pressure, proficiency in English (both written and verbal), and a strong background in customer service. Flexibility to work rotational shifts is also required.
