Job Description Job description* The Tasks involved: • Planning and execution of Preventive Quality and release activities for tooling mechanical parts release. 主导机构类零件供应商质量策划(APQP)及落实执行 • Assuring the compliance with the Bosch quality requirements at the supplier and their sub-supplier during the product development process and for the release. 确保供应商及其子供应商的产品开发切实执行博世质量及PPAP要求并批准放行 • Definition of measures in case of deviations. 针对偏差，制定措施并实施改善 • Assuring that the assigned Projects and Commodities are qualified according to the existing processes and guidelines and that the timing is met. 确保分配的项目符合流程及要求并准时交付 • Professional support for the team to solve technical versatile quality topics for the allocated commodities. 为项目团队提供质量相关专业支持 • Project Status reporting for the designated projects. For critical Projects: Definition of measures to achieve the targets in alignment with the project team. 项目状态报告, 对于关键项目：定义与项目团队一致的措施以实现目标 • Implementation of Lessons Learned activities to continuously improve the Preventive Quality and release process. Coordination of those activities in alignment with other Bosch locations. 实施经验教训活动，不断提高预防性质量,主动与团队协调开展这些活动。 • Generate data and present those during Quality- or Escalation meetings worldwide. 参与质量或升级会议并汇报 Qualifications Required knowledge competencies and attributes* 1) Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams and positive attitude, strives for high performance and product quality. - self driven and self-motivated 2) Bachelor degree with 3+ years of related experience in automotive area. 3) Solid knowledge in problem solving methodologies and standard automotive quality tools (8D, PQP/APQP,FMEA, etc.) 4) Fluent English (oral and in writing)
