Company Description Job Description 岗位职责： 1、负责高速/城市End-to-End的自动驾驶功能中的车辆和行人的意图和轨迹预测算法的研发和实现 2、负责HPA， VPA等泊车场景下的行人和车辆意图和轨迹预测算法的开发和实现 3、负责算法在车载嵌入式平台移植与优化； 4、负责对应数据采集需求的管理和沟通，进度跟踪； Qualifications 任职要求： 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学相关专业（人工智能、计算机科学、电子信息工程等），至少3年相关工作经验。擅于跟踪和学习学术界或工业界前沿AI技术，有独立分析和解决问题能力； 2. 在车辆轨迹/意图预测，行人轨迹/意图预测、机器学习和深度学习方面有经验，同时熟悉常用算法与数据结构;，也具备良好的创新意识和团队精神； 3. 熟悉的数据结构和算法，有较强的算法实现能力，掌握C/C++、Python等常用开发语言； 4. 有基于深度学习的车辆轨迹/意图预测，行人轨迹/意图预测的背景和经验，熟悉主流的深度学习框架之一，比如：Caffe、Tensorflow、PyTorch等。对神经网络有良好的理论和项目经验； 5. 学习能力强，对算法开发有强烈兴趣，工作认真负责，面对挑战性问题能够充满热情，具有良好的创新意识和团队精神； 6. 有汽车相关背景或实际项目开发经验者优先，或有人工智能国际顶会/期刊论文发表/知名竞赛获奖经历者优先；

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and implementation of vehicle and pedestrian intent and trajectory prediction algorithms for end-to-end autonomous driving functions in highway and urban scenarios. Manage data collection requirements and communication, as well as progress tracking.
