Managing customer projects and achieving the project goals Being a key contact to the customer Planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring a customer project throughout the product development process Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews and reporting the project status to the management Leading the project core team and developing the project team Qualifications 必要な経験・スキル自動車産業での勤務経験日本語・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（英語：TOEIC 650以上・ビジネスレベル）プレゼンテーションスキル＆ネゴシエーションスキル起業家精神チームワークが得意な方有れば望ましい経験・スキルそふと工学分野での学位プロジェクトチーム又はプロジェクトマネージャーのご経験(3年以上）海外のチームとの職務経験 Must have Working experience in automotive industry Good communication skills in Japanese & English Japanese: Business - Native level English: Business level (>TOEIC 650) Presentation skills / negotiation skills Entrepreneurial thinking and acting Safe appearance and good manners. High degree of communication and teamwork Nice to have Bachelor of SW Engineering >3 years of experience in project team or project management Working experience with international teams
