We're looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Youth & Family Services team! In this vital front-desk role, you'll be the welcoming face of our office—answering phones, greeting visitors, supporting families, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, thrives in a team environment, and loves helping people, we want to meet you! What You'll Do: Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff Handle client intake paperwork, collect payments and update insurance information Support children and youth in waiting areas and programs Assist staff with scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment in waiting and kitchen areas Keep supplies stocked and organized (office, kitchen, and art supplies) Manage petty cash tracking and assist with expense documentation Jump in to support other tasks when needed What We’re Looking For: · High school diploma + relevant experience · Friendly, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills · Solid clerical and organizational abilities · Comfort with basic technology, including the use of electronic medical record and word processing Compensation and Benefits Starting at $19.00/hour at 40 hours per week.
