We are seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to lead our team in navigating and managing operations effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, mechanical knowledge, and the capability to manage various rig operations. This role is crucial for ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all maritime regulations while fostering a collaborative team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a leadership role within maritime operations or similar environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to rig operations and maintenance.
• Ability to manage diverse teams effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to crew members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with emergency response protocols and risk management practices in maritime settings.

• Manage crew members, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high operational standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the rig and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Implement emergency procedures and drills to prepare the crew for potential incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and maintenance performed on the vessel.
• Foster a culture of safety and professionalism among crew members through effective communication and leadership.
