QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within maritime operations or similar environments.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to rig operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to manage diverse teams effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to crew members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with emergency response protocols and risk management practices in maritime settings.
