Your Purpose We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Yacht Club Operations Manager to support the daily operations of the MSC Yacht Club across our fleet. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that works directly with the Brand Performance Director Yacht Club and supports shipboard teams with clear guidance, documentation, and operational follow-up. Your mission will be to turn strategy into actions through precise implementation and seamless operational support. Your Impact Support Yacht Club Operations (Head Office, Geneva) • Assist the Brand Performance Director Yacht Club in all daily operational activities. • Prepare professional documents, reports, presentations, SOPs, trackers, and communications. • Maintain all operational documentation up to date (standards, processes, checklists, flows). • Consolidate data, create dashboards, and ensure accurate follow-up on all deliverables. Coordinate with Yacht Club Teams Onboard • Act as a key daily contact for Yacht Club Directors and shipboard teams. • Explain new procedures, clarify standards, and support the rollout of initiatives. • Track implementation of new SOPs, pilots, trainings, and operational updates. • Follow up with ships to ensure deadlines are met and actions completed. Monitor Performance • Prepare NPS, Medallia, and performance dashboards (weekly/monthly). • Identify operational gaps and escalate issues appropriately. • Support preparation of performance reviews, fleet calls, and operational meetings. Documentation & Tools • Create and format SOPs, guidelines, service flows, and operational manuals. • Build and update Excel tracking files, templates, and KPI dashboards. • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint and Canva for internal teams and shipboard communication. Travel • Up to 30% travel time (for key pilots, openings, ship support, etc.). Your Journey so far • 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, guest services, or operational support. (Luxury or cruise experience is an advantage, not a requirement.) • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva (must be comfortable creating trackers & presentations). • Strong organisational skills and flawless attention to detail. • Clear communication style; ability to explain processes in a simple, structured way. • Comfortable managing multiple follow-ups in parallel and coordinating remotely across ships. • Hands-on, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
