Description Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises operates Florida’s largest and premier fleet of dining and wedding yachts out of Tampa Channelside and Clearwater Marina. Our dining cruises consist of lunch and dinner cruises, private events, corporate functions, social gatherings, beautiful weddings, and much more. Our kitchens are fast-paced and fun! Galley crew prepares all meals on board for cruises that depart weekdays, weekends, and special holiday events. Requirements We are currently hiring for a Line Cook with at least 2 years' experience to work aboard our beautiful dining yachts. Priority will be given to individuals with prior banquet cook experience. Responsibilities: Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations. Monitor ingredient levels, restock their station with necessary supplies, and communicate shortages to management. Cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, etc. Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations. Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time. Ensure that all food meets the establishment's standards for taste, quality, and presentation. Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient order preparation and smooth service. Benefits If hired full-time, benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
