岗位描述 1.监控现场的生产质量状况,解决生产过程中出现的产品质量问题; 2.针对各种缺陷进行统计分析，寻找原因，协助制造工艺工程师制定措施; 3.及时响应针对客户反馈的产品质量问题; 4.编制现场操作文件、维护相关技术文件及相关记录；并监督现场按照标准化要求进行作业和记录; 5.参与和支持新产品和新项目工作,支持新项目的调试; 6.对生产区域的员工进行岗位技能培训; 7. 对部门的体系运行情况进行跟踪,对发现的不符合项整改与验证; 8. 完成每日巡检记录和周质量汇总与分析,制定相应的整改措施并跟踪完成; 9.积极完成上级领导指派的其他工作。任职条件 1、大专及以上学历 2、二年以上制造行业工作经验。

Responsibilities
