Description

1.负责新设备的评审、调试、验收相关工作；负责各类生产设备的电气维修工作，制订编写设备操作规程、点、巡检表及安全规程等文件。 2.编制设备预防性维修和年度设备大修计划等工作内容、计划，负责维护设备管理系统，并负责监督指导机械维修工、操作工认真执行。 3.不断改进设备中的不足，带领维修工，排除设备中的故障隐患和不安全因素，减少应急停机时间。 4.对于导致设备停机2小时以上或30天内发生两次以上故障的设备,负责编写设备故障分析报告，提出改进意见并负责实施。 5.制定设备的备件采购和备件安全库存设置，完成资料、数据的备份工作。 6.每月初及时将上月的设备故障情况，做好设备对标工作；每月初根据上月的设备运行情况，制定改进方案，编制反应计划并指导实施，并且对复杂故障进行经验分享和知识固化。 7.对生产相关人员进行设备操作、安全等内容培训和带教 8.完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

Responsibilities
