Description

岗位描述： 1.根据工厂的年度、月度生产计划，负责编制物料方面年度、月度生产经营计划。 2.根据客户装车计划并结合生产能力、库存、工位器具、劳动力平衡使用等因素下达各产品的日生产计划，对月计划的进度加以调节；跟踪生产计划实施的全过程，并且平衡、控制、调整生产计划实施过程中发生的问题。 3.对供货产品进行供货能力分析（结合设备、人力、工位器具等）。 4.每周对生产计划调整，对更改情况进行统计分析，制定分析报告，跟踪整改情况的落实。 5.在满足客户需求的前提下，合理控制成品、半成品库存量，与质量工程科合作设定客户现场安全库存量。 6.每日成品发运计划的编制及供货情况协调。 7.新产品、试制产品生产组织方式讨论，参与及计划编制，确定生产组织模型并不断优化。 8.对工位器具使用情况进行监控，成品物流运输安排监控，运输费用控制。 9.积极完成上级领导指派的其他工作。任职条件 1、大专及以上学历 2、2年以上生产企业工作经验，本公司1年以上工作经历
