岗位描述： 1.对负责的区域日常物流运行过程分析，寻找优化改进点，形成改进方案并落实实施。 2.通过项目参与，协调资源，落实新项目物流规划方案的实施。 3.编制规范化文件，支持工厂改善项目实施，固化改善中的物流标准。 4.编制并完善SOS等基础文件,培训物流班组，协助现场物流班组的标准化管理能力的提升。 5.测算现场物流运作成本，实施年度CSS降本项目。 6.协调解决物流班组的日常物流运作问题，落实物流运行资源。 7.负责助理物流工程师的带教及需要的对外支持。 8. 积极完成上级领导指派的其他工作。任职条件 1、大学本科及以上学历 2、二年及以上从事物流工作或相关岗位工作
