We are present worldwide with over 17,000 employees and operations in more than 60 countries.Responsibilities Deliver technical and agronomic support for Yara’s fertilizer and crop nutrition solutions.Conduct field trials and demonstrations to evaluate and promote product performance.Provide training sessions and workshops to the sales team, partners, and growers.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and agronomy teams to develop crop-specific programs.Assist in handling technical complaints and provide solutions based on scientific and practical knowledge.Monitor and report field conditions.Maintain accurate technical documentation and trial data.Profile Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or agronomy, preferably within the fertilizer or crop input industry. Understanding of plant nutrition and soil fertility. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently to field locations. Able to use Microsoft Office and digital tools for reporting and data collection. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualities: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sustainable agriculture.
