QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (yard work, delivery, or equipment handling preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

  Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable yard to support equipment sales through effective equipment placement
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including parts and whole goods
• Perform pick-up and delivery of parts and equipment
• Tow equipment safely and effectively as required
• Pressure wash and detail equipment to ensure it is presentable for customers
• Consolidate and dispose of pallets, scrap wood, and yard debris
• Conduct minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks
• Support office and workspace setup including furniture moves and equipment installation
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed
