Description Location: Fulton, CA Aaction Rents is looking for a reliable, hard-working Yard Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on role working outdoors with construction equipment, helping keep our yard organized, safe, and running smoothly. If you like staying busy, working with equipment, and being part of a solid team, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing Wash, clean, and prep equipment for rental Inspect equipment upon return for damage and basic functionality Organize and maintain the yard to keep it clean, safe, and efficient Load and unload equipment for customers and drivers Assist customers in the yard as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Forklift experience is helpful (we’ll train the right person) Team player who is willing to jump in where needed Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time positions available Pay range: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience Why Aaction Rents We’re a locally owned company that takes pride in what we do and how we treat our people.
