We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, working outdoors, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. This is a hands-on, team-focused role with room to grow. The position is primarily based in the yard, with occasional support at the rental counter. What You’ll Be Doing In the Yard (Primary Focus): Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently Demonstrate proper equipment use to customers Inspect and prep equipment to ensure it’s “ready to rent” Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe Jump in where needed to support daily operations At the Counter (As Needed): Assist customers in person and over the phone Help match the right equipment to customer needs Create rental contracts and schedule equipment Coordinate deliveries and pickups Provide a strong, professional customer experience Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Customer-first mindset Comfortable working outdoors and staying active Team player who can also work independently Basic mechanical aptitude Valid CA driver’s license with a clean record Growth Opportunity This role is a great entry point into the equipment rental industry.
