Description

Bingham Equipment is accepting applications for a Yard Coordinator/Driver for our Parker branch. Knowledge and experience related to the equipment industry is strongly desired. This is a multifaceted position that requires basic mechanical skills, strong customer service intuition, and the ability to organize and maintain a fleet of rental equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have mechanical/technical experience with agriculture and construction equipment
  • Be customer focused and able to treat a wide range of customer interactions with respect
  • Be organized and dependable with very strong follow-through skills
  • Be an effective communicator with colleague and customer relation skills
  • Be familiar with computer use and trainable on CDK (formally PFW), Microsoft Outlook and others
  • Be a positive thinker with a can do attitude.

    Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Initiate excellent customer service interaction and direction with rental customers
  • Check in/out all rental equipment before and after customer rentals and record data
  • Prep, maintain and service all fleet equipment as per manufacturer’s intervals and specs
  • Initiate work orders and perform basic mechanical repairs as needed to keep rental equipment in rental ready condition.
  • Communicate effectively with key rental personnel concerning equipment status, inventory levels and branch level rental activity.
  • Monitor and maintain scheduled customer rental activity and branch to branch traffic movement.
  • Set up rental contracts for customers
  • Maintain a safe and organized rental/service workspace and yard
  • Perform rental equipment inventories as required
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers
  • Perform PM and PDI’s on equipment when not driving
