CLOSING DATE | July 18, 2025
Eagle Builders is a local, family-owned, and operated manufacturing construction company guided by Christian beliefs and values. We specialize in the design, engineering, fabrication, and building of precast concrete structures.

POSITION SUMMARY

Do you excel in hands-on roles and enjoy keeping materials organized for efficient hauling? You’ll operate heavy machinery—shunt trucks, forklifts, overhead cranes, gantry cranes—to load, secure, and transport products and materials safely, following team-directed hand signals or radio communication.
Expect a physically demanding, outdoor role in all weather conditions, where you’ll manually move heavy loads, assist crane operators and riggers, and conduct pre- and post-shift inspections of equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We’re seeking a dependable team player with a solid work ethic, able to follow safety protocols, tackle challenges with resilience, and thrive in a culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement. Your efforts will keep operations efficient, safe, and forward-moving.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Safely operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move material and product (i.e.: overhead cranes, gantry cranes)
  • Assist with the rigging and signals of cranes
  • Responsible for general yard and loading bay laboring duties
  • Ensure the yard and shipping area is kept organized and clean
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work at heights, up to 16 feet
  • Follow instructions working with a team and independently
