Job Title: Yard Hand / Shop Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand / Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical role that supports multiple departments—perfect for someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and is willing to pitch in wherever needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Willingness to help out across different departments.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a shop environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Demonstrates commitment to safe work practices.
• Conducts business on behalf of Traxxon in a professional manner.
• First-Aid, Forklift, and other certifications considered an asset.

• Clean, grind, and prepare spare parts.
• Ability to lift and manage 50 pounds without assistance.
• Prep and paint components.
• Wash and detail equipment as required.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization.
• Support the parts department with various tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard.
