If you believe in delivering great customer service, value partnership, and are always looking for a challenge, we’d like to meet you. 2ND SHIFT: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 3:30PM to MIDNIGHT ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items. Transporting materials to different locations within the facility. Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. Securing loads to the machine before transportation. Inspecting for damages to vehicles. Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs. Operating and managing technical equipment. Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment. Picking and wrapping orders for shipment. Identifying workplace safety hazards. Adhering to safety management standards. Adhering to production schedules. REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High School Diploma / GED 2+ years sit-down forklift experience PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 2+ Years of open dock/warehouse experience RF Scan gun experience REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.) Verbal and written communication in English with Operations Dock Personnel and Management Must be willing to work overtime (either coming in early or staying late). and potential Saturday work, dependent upon customer/business needs. Regular and predictable attendance Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. (Equipment or team lift required if beyond 50 lbs) Attention to detail for verifying order details when picking/packing customer orders May be bi-lingual, but must be able to read, write, and speak English PREFERRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.) Ability to Multi-task Team-oriented Strong attention to detail PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to dress appropriately depending on weather conditions. Ability to withstand possible extreme cold or heat conditions.
