We are seeking Yard Associates to help assist with all yard duties: * Develop product knowledge to assess customer needs, promote products, and provide solutions. * Perform routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning, greasing, fluid checks, and daily inspections. * Keep the yard and warehouse organized by clearing debris and arranging materials neatly. * Complete assigned projects efficiently. * Follow daily and weekly objectives to support store goals. Our season starts in the Spring and runs through the Summer, and we can offer flexible schedules to all employees! Qualifications & Requirements · Flexible to work various hours during busy season (spring through early summer) · Good communication and listening skills · Friendly and positive demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service · Demonstrating initiative with regards to responsibilities · Incumbent will be required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and ambulate around the store/yard · Lift/carry up a maximum of 50 lbs. on a frequent basis · Exposure to loud noises, hot/cold temperatures, dust, and other environmental factors TAKE ROOT WITH THE KURTZ FAMILY & APPLY TODAY.
