QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma

Years of Experience:

  • 1-2 years of industrial experience is preferred

Specific Experience:

  • Prior experience in an industrial setting would be an asset
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in a noisy plant setting
  • Safety Oriented
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high production environment
  • Willing to work a variety of shifts (including evenings and graveyards) and overtime as needed
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Able to work well with others
  • Good communication skills

Compensation:

  • $27.04 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive verbal instructions to determine work assignments
  • Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris in the facility
  • Operate basic equipment and machinery
  • Complete Field Level Risk Assessments before beginning each task.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement on safety initiatives
  • Maintain good housekeeping in areas of responsibility
  • Ensure that all field equipment is operating properly; identify and inform of anyfield problems
