Description

Hensall Co-op is seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral member of our team! This is a full-time position, working out of the Harrow location.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in an agriculture setting is preferred.
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract.
  • DZ license would be considered an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Safe and accurate operation of fertilizer equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of field application, field conditions and safety inspections.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading of products.
  • Delivery of crop retail and seed products to customer’s farms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both on farm and at location.
  • Assist with inventory control by verifying shipments, completing accurate documentation, and producing inventory counts when necessary.
  • General housekeeping to ensure the yard is always kept clean and safe.
  • Various other job duties depending on seasonal demands.
