Strong Administration Experience.
Delivery office Experience a distinct advantage.
Building materials knowledge desirable.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise jobs in order of importance.
Hardworking, conscientious, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Ability to manage office & deliveries to a very high standard.
The job is full time, training will be given to the right candidate. Must be a self-starter and able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling deliveries.
  • Work with the Yard Manager, Showroom Teams, and other internal departments as required.
  • Respond to daily phone queries, monitoring internal phone system.
  • Follow up with Customers on scheduled deliveries.
  • Follow up and resolve and delivery issues.
  • Dealing with the public, ensuring all paperwork is accurate.
  • Adherence to strict safety standards established by the Company.
