Exciting new opportunity not to be missed! Manningham Concrete is currently looking for a Yard operative for our successful builders merchant located in Eccleshill, BD2 2DD.
We offer a competitive basic salary, guaranteed 40 hours per week and incentivised overtime at £18.32 per hour.
Since our formation in 1963, Manningham Concrete has developed from a single branch to be the the largest independent Builders Merchants in Bradford.
The Yard Person role involves day-to-day yard duties. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Yard Supervisor and Branch Management Team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times. Your key responsibilities as a Yard Person include:
- Serving our customers politely and professionally
- Unloading and loading vehicles
- Maintaining stock levels through the ordering procedure
- Keeping the yard clean and tidy
- Ensuring that the yard is a safe and secure environment
- Completing all necessary paperwork in line with Manningham Concrete procedures
- Creating new and add-on sales opportunities
