As such we have an opportunity for an experienced Yard Operative / Shunter with mobile plant experience to join our busy team in Pollington. So, what's the mission? You will load and unload products in the Yard, using mobile plant equipment including Loading shovel, a shunter and various power mount attachments. If you have a class 1 HGV licence this will also be useful as you will also be trained to use our shunter trucks to move product around the site. We work in an environment where safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets are the norm so you will need to share these values! You'll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and overtime is available at the company’s request on Saturday and Sunday. We require you to be flexible on the shift pattern and overtime as requirements may change during your contract. What are the mission-critical skills?
