Description

Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking a Yard Planner to join our Vehicle Logistics Department located in Batangas City. As a Yard Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective yard space planning and coordination between production output, delivery schedules, and logistics operations. Your Role and Responsibilities Plan and allocate parking spaces in the yard based on daily production output and delivery schedules. Monitor yard capacity utilization to ensure efficient use of available space. Simulate space requirements based on production and sales plans. Ensure maintenance of accurate records of vehicle status, location, and movement. Maintain good communication with suppliers to support yard and logistics functions. Coordinate manpower requirements and work schedules with logistics service providers. Provide yard status and stock condition reports to management and relevant departments. Our Perfect Match Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management. Strong competencies in planning, organizing, and decision-making. Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Experience or exposure in supply chain functions and processes is an advantage. Knowledge of or exposure to SAP is nice to have. Skills Required Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
