We provide consistent, year-round work. WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING * Hands-On Maintenance: Assist with light assembly, routine service, and basic repairs on trailers and ag equipment. You will be the first line of defense in keeping our gear functional and safe. * Equipment Operation: Use forklifts and skid steers to move inventory, organize the yard, and assist with customer load-outs. * Inventory Preparation: Ensure that equipment is staged, cleaned, and safety-checked before it heads out the gate. You’ll play a direct role in making sure our customers get the right gear, ready to work. * General Yard Support: Keep the yard environment clean, organized, and running efficiently.
