We’re currently recruiting for a Yard Supervisor to help lead daily yard operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and organised environment.
What you’ll be doing:

As a Yard Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our branch operations. You’ll be self-motivated, a confident communicator, and eager to develop your leadership skills. This hands-on role includes:

• Overseeing the movement of all incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Managing customer collections and coordinating deliveries
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Supporting staffing management, including training and process improvement
• Leading by example and promoting our Everyone Safe, Every Day culture

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in yard management
• Hold a valid Forklift Licence
• Experience in manual handling
• Attention to detail
• To be a great team player with good communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of safe working practicesExperience in supervising a team
