Description

In a nutshell Ensure safe and efficient yard operations from pre-parking to trailer departure. Lead pre-parking, parking management, and yard safety while coordinating daily shunting activities with external partners (K&N, GTS). Monitor operational performance through KPIs, audits, and FMDS implementation. Support and track yard operations during major reconstruction projects (“Yard Reborn”). Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives and system enhancements (OTM, YMS, AS400). Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, planning, transport, and safety teams to optimize processes and ensure alignment. Contribute to project management and operational excellence within Site Operations, ensuring high safety standards, efficiency, and service performance across all yard activities. Upcoming big yard reconstruction is to be closely followed during works.
