Job Responsibilities:
1. Highly skilled in Yardi Voyager 7s particularly in: a. Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Job Costing) b. P2P Modules (PayScan, VendorCafe, Invoice Approval) c. Maintenance, Budgeting & Forecasting
2.Customize and configure Yardi Voyager 7S for modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Job Costing, CAM, and P2P (PayScan, VendorCafe).
3. Create complex Yardi Spreadsheet Reports (YSR) and SSRS reports for financial, operational, and executive reporting
4. Lead integration projects with third-party systems (HRMS, CRM, Banks) via REST/SOAP APIs.
5. Design and optimize Orion BI dashboards and integrate Power BI where necessary.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data consistency, and interface breakdowns.
7. Work with business units including Finance, Procurement, Property Management, and Operations to gather technical requirements.
8. Provide training and support during UAT, go-lives, and post-production support.
