The successful candidate will:

• Have QTS and experience teaching in primary schools (KS1 desirable)
• Demonstrate a strength in teaching phonics and early reading
• Be committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential
• Be an excellent communicator and team player
• Uphold and promote our Christian ethos and values
