Humly is seeking a dedicated Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with complex needs in a nurturing primary school environment. This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential care, special schools, or working with children in care, looking to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life.

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for a Year 1 child with complex needs, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Implement personalised learning strategies and behaviour support plans to meet the child’s specific requirements.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to support the child’s progress.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with the child, staff, and parents to ensure consistent, holistic support.
